McGinley & Associates personnel have performed numerous Hazardous Material Management Plans (HMMP) throughout the West. These plans provides the requirements for the management of hazardous waste, non-hazardous waste, used oil, used antifreeze, and universal waste materials to ensure compliance with all generator waste management and transportation requirements promulgated in the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), Title 40 parts 260 through 273, CFR Title 49, and the Nevada Administrative Code (NAC).
